I'm a senior user interface engineer at Akamai, where I develop web applications for configuring product offerings. In my former role at IBM, I developed a variety of internal projects as part of the CIO group, and developed social networking web applications as part of Software Group.
Before moving to Massachusetts, I studied Computer Science and Math at Virginia Tech. While working on my master's degree, I researched computer vision and wrote a dissertation titled "Generating Orthogonal Projections from Sparse Camera Arrays."
If I'm not at work, there's a good chance I'm in the kitchen. I love to cook, both at home and as part of the food ministry at Highrock Church. I enjoy the challenges of running a commercial-style kitchen and cooking for hundreds of people. I also keep myself busy with projects around the house.
